Mr. Carlin practices environmental and land use law, advising clients on review of environmental impacts for commercial, energy and transportation projects; compliance with federal, state and local regulatory requirements (with a particular focus on water quality law); environmental aspects of business transactions; and cleanup of contaminated facilities and real property.
