  • diadema. Dorylus diadema Gerstäcker, 1859: 261 (m.) MOZAMBIQUE. [Also described as new by Gerstäcker, 1862: 500.] Combination in D. (Shuckardia): Emery, 1895j: 742; in D. (Alaopone): Emery, 1910b: 15. Current subspecies: nominal plus arnoldi, fusciceps.
