    • Type-material: holotype worker, 4 paratype workers.
    • Type-locality: holotype Ecuador: Napo Prov., 20 km. S Tena, 11.vii.1976, no. B-360, litter berlesate, rainforest; paratypes: 1 worker with same data, 2 workers Suriname: “Sectie O”, 15.vii.1942, forest floor (D.C. Geijskes), 1 worker Suriname: Oronoque River, 2°41’\n, 25.vii.1936, no. 594 (N.A. Weber).
    • Type-depositories: MCZC (holotype); MCZC, USNM (paratypes).
    • Status as species: Brandão, 1991: 363; Bolton, 1995b: 297; Rodriguez, J. 2008: 169; Fernández & Guerrero, 2019: 539.
