The following information is derived from Barry Bolton's New General Catalogue, a catalogue of the world's ants.

  • wallacei. Polyrhachis wallacei Emery, 1887a: 223, pl. 3, fig. 10 (w.q.) INDONESIA (Sulawesi). Combination in P. (Myrmatopa): Forel, 1915b: 107. Current subspecies: nominal plus warburgi.

Type Material

Kohout (2008) - Syntype workers, queen. Type locality: INDONESIA, SULAWESI, Kandari (O. Beccari), Museo Civico di Storia Naturale, Genoa (examined).
