  • testaceum. Amblyopone? testacea Motschoulsky, 1863: 15 (q.) SRI LANKA. Nomen dubium.
    • Type-material: holotype queen.
    • Type-locality: Sri Lanka (“Ceylon”): nr Colombo (V. Motschoulsky).
    • Type-depository: unknown (apparently not in ZMUM).
    • [Note: Amblyopone? testacea Motschoulsky, 1863: 15 is not conspecific nor congeneric with Cryptopone testacea Emery, 1893a: cclxxv; discussed by Wilson, 1958d: 360; noted under genus Cryptopone, and Cryptopone testacea.]
