ANT TAXONOMY
Systematics, natural history, and evolution of insects. Current projects include higher-level phylogenetic studies of Coleoptera, molecular systematics of braconid wasps, and a molecular phylogeny of the ant genus Linepithema. Additional interests include the use of photography for biodiversity outreach and the role of alpha taxonomy in an increasingly genomic and bioinformatic world.
