Karyotype

  • n = 9, 2n = 18 (Japan) (Imai, 1966; Imai, 1969; Imai & Kubota, 1972) (In Imai 1966a as Camponotus sp. and in Imai 1969 as C. caryae group sp. but the authors correct the identification by C. tokioensis and the current valid name is C. vitiosus).
