  • Type-material: syntype workers (number not stated, “several”).
  • Type-locality: Indonesia: Java, Tjiapers, nr Buitenzorg (= Bogor), no. 2365 (W. Karawaiew).
  • Type-depository: IEUB (perhaps also in SIZK).
  • Status as species: Bolton, 1995b: 155; Hosoishi, Yamane & Ogata, 2010b: 346; Hosoishi & Ogata, 2016a: 583.
  • Distribution: Indonesia (Java).
