    • Type-material: syntype workers (number not stated, “numerous”).
    • Type-localities: Indonesia: Aru Is, Wammar I., nos 5381, 2521 (W. Karawaiew), 2 workers Indonesia: Banda Is, Banda Neira, no. 5391 (W. Karawaiew).
    • Type-depository: IEUB (perhaps also in SIZK).
    • Status as species: Bolton, 1995b: 164.
    • Distribution: Indonesia (Aru Is, Banda Is).
