    • Type-material: 143 syntype workers, 1 syntype queen.
    • Type-locality: Lebanon: Mt Liban, Laklouk, 1200 m., 6.iv.1966 (Tohmé).
    • Type-depository: MNHN (probably also in ULBL).
    • Combination in Monomorium: Bolton, 1987: 293.
    • Status as species: Bolton, 1987: 293; Bolton, 1995b: 263; Borowiec, L. 2014: 121; Tohmé, G. & Tohmé, 2014: 136.
    • Distribution: Lebanon.
