- Type-material: holotype worker, 6 paratype workers.
- Type-locality: holotype Bolivia: Beni, Est. Biol. Beni, 42 km. E San Borja, 210 m., 14°48’S, 66°23’W, 5.ix.1987, #9085-20, sifted litter (leaf mold, rotten wood), tropical moist forest #9085-1 (P.S. Ward); paratypes with same data.
- Type-depositories: DZUP (holotype); CASC, DZUP, USNM (paratypes).
