- Type-locality: holotype Costa Rica: Puntarenas, 10 km. SW Pto Jimenez, 8.46553, -83.36928 ±30 m., 240 m., 12.iii.2008, wet forest, sifted leaf litter, JTL6197-s (J. Longino); paratype: 13 km.
