    • Type-locality: holotype Mexico: Oaxaca, Mirdor Grande, 17.89844, -96.36253 ±503 m., 990 m., 14.viii.2009, montane tropical rainforest, sifted leaf litter, MGB1405 (M.G. Branstetter); paratypes with same data.
