[Unresolved junior primary homonym of venusta Smith, F. 1858b: 126, above (Bolton, 1995b: 284).] Possible combination in Solenopsis: Mayr, 1867b: 60; Handlirsch, 1907: 873; unconfirmed. Unidentifiable taxon, incertae sedis in Myrmica: Radchenko, Dlussky & Elmes, 2007: 1494.
