  • armeniacus. Camponotus micans subsp. armeniacus Arnol'di, 1967: 1828, figs. 3, 4 (s.w.q.m.) ARMENIA.
    • Type-material: holotype major worker, 10 paratype major and minor workers, 3 paratype queens 3 paratype males.
    • Type-locality: holotype Armenia: vic. Yerevan, 1961 (G.M. Dlussky); paratypes with same data.
    • Type-depository: ZMUM.
    • Subspecies of micans: Arakelian, 1994: 86; Bolton, 1995b: 86.
    • Status as species: Radchenko, 1996b: 1200 (in key); Radchenko, 1997d: 812; Paknia, et al. 2008: 153; Kiran & Karaman, 2012: 6; Karaman, C. & Aktaç, 2013: 52 (in key); Borowiec, L. 2014: 26; Khalili-Moghadam, et al. 2019: 166.
